Driving Directions:
Directions from New York City: Take the NYS Thruway to Northway (I-87) exit 24. Continue north on I-87 towards Montreal. Take exit 23 west over northway to Rte. 9, north through Warrensburg. About one mile past Warrensburg take Rt. 28 west (past Wevertown, North Creek) to Indian Lake. In Indian Lake, take Rt. 30 south 4 miles into Sabael; just past the "Lake Store" an old fashioned red log building, make a left onto fork. This is Lake Shore Drive. We are located just down the road. You will see our Burke's Cottages sign on your left.
From the North: I-87 South to Chestertown exit to route 8. South just past Murphy's Lumber to the Wevertown light. Take a right onto Rt. 28 going west (past North Creek) to Indian Lake. At Indian Lake, where Rte. 30 intersects, head south towards Sabael (about 4 miles) , past Lake Store to left fork onto Lake Shore Drive and to Burke's Cottages sign on your left.
From the West: (Rochester/Syracuse area) Take I-87, NYS thruway East to Rome, Rte. 365 northeast to Rt. 12 east to Speculator. Left at Speculator onto Rt. 30 north to Sabael, approx. 14 miles. Turn right onto Lake Shore Drive which is a loop road off Rte. 30. If you miss the first turn and go past the Sabael Post Office, make a sharp right turn onto Lake Shore Drive. We are on the left. You will see our Burke's Cottages sign.
